The new machine conceptually congruent with the series of the TAJMAC–ZPS multi-spindle automatic lathes. It is intended for the mass and series production of the precise components from the bar stock.
The machine is manufactured as fully mechanical with regulation sliding and spindle engine operand by programmable automat. The machine can produce also two various parts and work as twice three-spindle.

Gantry-type Machining Centres- MCV 1220

MCV 1220 is a vertical milling centre of upper gantry type with two separate removable tables or one fixed and one rotary table in a common or divided working space. Vertical milling centre is designed mainly for areas of tool engineering with the centre of utilization when machining parts of flat or box shape made of steel, grey cast iron, alloys of soft metals and titanium. With regard for the high dynamics, very high inflexibility and damping properties of the construction, the machine enables the use of HSC technology benefits.

Gantry-type Machining Centres- MCV 1210

MCV 1210 is a highly productive machine with a wide range of utilization when machining complicated spatial shapes in three or five axes. Because of the high dynamics, very high inflexibility and damping properties of the construction, the machine enables the use of HSC technology. The machines of upper gantry type have spindle placed in motor spindle unit built-in the ram. All the movements of the machine are done by means of linear guide ways with rolling elements. Measuring of position in X, Y, Z axes is done directly by absolute measuring units.

HMC -H 1000

The H 1000 production horizontal machining centre is utilizable for the whole range of technologies from the power up to the high-speed machining. The H 630 is a horizontal milling centre equipped with pallet changer with two pallets and with tool magazine with automatic tool changing. The machine is determined to a productive complex machining of moulds, dies and components of flat or box shapes from steel, grey cast iron and light metal alloys clamped on the operating pallet. It enables to perform the milling operations in three mutually perpendicular coordinate axes (X, Y, Z). The rotary table (B-axis) enables the machining from more sides.
